Great recordings don't happen in a vacuum—unless you want them to. From the controlled environment of the mix room to the character of the live room and the separation of our isolation space, each room at Yellow Brick Road Studio serves a different purpose.Together, they give us the flexibility to capture the room when we want it, control it when we don't, and build each session around the music instead of forcing the music around the studio.
The Control Room
A comfortable, purpose-built mixing and production space designed for critical listening without losing the feel of a creative studio. Multiple monitoring options, analog outboard, and a hybrid Pro Tools workflow make it the center of every project—from the first playback to the final mix.
The Live Room
Our primary tracking space is built for drums, small full-band sessions, acoustic instruments, and anything that benefits from a real room around it. Acoustic treatment balances control with natural ambience, giving us the flexibility to capture everything from tight, focused sounds to big room tones.
The Amp Room
A dedicated isolation space gives us another option when separation matters. Ideal for guitar and bass cabinets, vocals, and individual instruments, it allows loud amplifiers to be tracked alongside live performances while maintaining control and separation between sources.
